What We Do

We work closely with schools, NGOs and local philanthropic organisations like Rotary clubs, and individual families to identify children who can benefit from our services. We then provide comprehensive, personalised support to each child in the following ways:

Access to Scholarships: The Help Desk identifies suitable scholarships for children, guiding them through the application process, making higher education a more feasible goal.

Training Opportunities: The Centre helps children identify and access training programs that can enhance their skills and make them more competitive for scholarships and future job opportunities.

Mentoring Support: Mentoring is crucial in shaping a child’s future. The Centre connects children with mentors who can guide them, provide advice, and share experiences that contribute to their growth and success.

Awareness of Opportunities: Many needy children and their families are unaware of the breadth of scholarships and resources available. The Help Desk works to increase awareness of these opportunities, ensuring more children have the chance to apply.

End-to-End Support: From identifying opportunities to tracking applications and preparing children for interviews, the Help Desk offers comprehensive support that increases children’s chances of success.

Building Confidence: By providing resources and guidance, the initiative helps children build confidence in their abilities and potentials, encouraging them to aim high in their academic and career aspirations.

Reducing Financial Burden: By facilitating access to scholarships and training opportunities, the Centre aids in reducing the financial burden on the families of these needy children.
